Join the accomplished soloists of Exsultemus and Newton Baroque as we collaborate to present Georg Philipp Telemann’s outstanding 72-cantata cycle Harmonischer Gottesdienst. Though composed for smaller forces so that they could be performed by small chapels and private homes, Telemann’s gift for beautiful melodies and colorful instrumental writing make these cantatas some of the most beautiful of the Baroque era.
